可申请退款的情况 / Eligible Refunds
如果订单尚未下载、尚未使用、权益尚未实际消耗,用户可通过客服邮箱申请退款,我们会根据订单状态进行核验。
If an order has not been downloaded, used, or consumed, customers may request a refund by email. We will review the order status before approval.
不支持无理由退款的情况 / Non-refundable Cases
数字商品一旦下载、课程权益已开通并使用、下载链接已生成并被访问,通常不支持无理由退款。
Once a digital product has been downloaded, a course entitlement has been used, or a download link has been accessed, the order is generally not eligible for no-reason refunds.
异常订单 / Exceptional Cases
重复扣款、金额错误、支付成功但权益未开通、文件损坏或无法访问等异常情况,我们会人工核查并提供补发、修复或退款方案。
For duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, successful payment without entitlement, damaged files, or inaccessible downloads, we will manually review and provide redelivery, repair, or refund options.
